You didn't explain to let the cooked ingredients cool down before you put on the pastry as the pastry will start to melt from the heat 🙂

Thanks for the video. I have two quick questions for you.
1. Would you try it with a little Tumeric and ground cumin?
2. Would you make the white sauce in a different pan and then transfer the sauce to the chicken dish?
3. What would you serve it with? Veg?

Looks fabulous, I just struggle with there being no pastry base. I can hear my mother saying, it's not a proper pie if it has no base. I do agree with her, but for a quick recipe – primo!!! Thanks man.
