My dad does this with pork ribs; (yeah, I know not everyone eat "de Trenton", but I love it. Making it today, with a mix of the ribs and skinless chicken thighs and drumstick. Due to my heath conditions, I have to make this as gluten-less and MSG-less as possible, so while not ideal, the Cock Soup with "no added MSG" (I have lactose issues, too), is better than nothing.
