I'm going to be doing mine on a 26 Weber kettle with the slow and sear XL because I just don't have the money to buy them expensive grills like you guys yet but I've turned out some great barbecue with this setup
there are people having heart palpitations because of how long that lid is opened
I might have gotten the beans to a light simmer before throwing them in the smoker. Just to help on time.
