    Thank you for sharing your awesome recipes! Your videos always make me smile. I love Sola bread. Itโ€™s carb friendly. I like searing the meat before adding to the crockpot. I also use rutabaga along with potatoes to help cut a few carbs. Thank you for all the motivation and for the smiles. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ™
