Chef Jeffrey, I can’t wait to watch your fancy Friday videos. I was hoping that you might be able to show how to make more flavorful nourishing broth and stocks. I am a home canner and have discovered that these types of bases actually nourishes the body. I have looked online for techniques on how to prepare these nourishing broth and only to find out there’s not much information on canning them and that is what I would like to do. I’ve also noticed that if you go online to buy these types of broth that are so flavorful and delicious. You can actually just drink it from the container. You’re almost paying $12 a quart. If I can learn how to home can this I would be forever in your debt thank you.

Learned to can from the older ladies from church but that was 40 years ago and don't quite remember exactly how.
