This is so exciting to see! Thank you so much for doing this video, Caroline! I am planning to get me one of these babes soon..Medical needs are first on my list but, then a freeze dryer is next on my list so I can minimize the bulk of my food storage. It will be my reward to all the medical things I have to go through.

Water leak and your freeze dryer:
    1. Door seal may need to be replaced if lesking out front. Harvest right will send you needed parts and instructions.
    2. You may have an older model. Get a piece of wood 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Wall trim flat piece will work or even a piece if metal. You need it long enough to go across the front of your freeze dryer to give the freeze dryer a little tilt to wards back. The older models gad issue tgat was fixed by harvest right by having it have a tilt. What causes the leak out the front is due to the drain inside is frozen with ice and the water level is too high when the inside is defrosted and leaks out the door.
    3. You shoukd have a drain hose connected to the freeze dryer check to see if it leaks or is clogged.
    4. If you also use your freeze dryer a lot it will happen and does not have enough time to melt and drain.
If these do not fix the issue there may be a leak that needs professional repair.
If it is a harvest right freeze dryer you can go to their website and message or call them. They will try and help you.
Of it is not a harvest right freeze dryer contact the company that makes the one you have.

I would love to see a video of you bringing the freeze dryer meals back to life. I am thinking of getting one and was wondering if for instance i froze some type of meat what the process would look like to bring that back to life. Thanks for sharing your progress, love the channel.
