I so wish I could readily find egg life wraps. And we don’t have any Cristini’s around here at all. I live in Washington state I think egg life wraps could be found in my neighboring larger city like Seattle but I live too far away from there so if I can find the ones that you’re using for noodles, I do that otherwise, for anyone who might have kind of like my problem, I found a recipe from ketogenic woman – Anita and it’s definitely keto, but I think it might even be carnivore and I just make a batch and comes out on a rectangle shaped and I slice it up and I put the noodles in it last minute, like you’re going to do

What a difference the new appliances and counter tops make! Very nice!
Soup looks awesome! Cold days and soup just go together perfectly! I love soup and can eat it year round along with a good salad!
I have yet to try your egg wrap but have decided tomorrow to swing by Aldi’s and grab some I have literally 4# to loose before Jan 1st to meet my Goal of being in the 160’s come the new year! I began Jan 2023 at 203# so I am pretty stoked about my weight loss and I really have you to thank! I came across your videos in Early March 2023 and it has made such a difference helping me stay on track and focused! So Thank you for all your inspiration, Ideas and motivation!!!

Glad Ed is coming home! Remind him that slow and steady wins the race!!

Hey Paula, I went to your website like you said to get the recipe for crispy breading. But it’s not the right one that one did not have any carnivore flour in it so I was wondering if you could maybe re-post it check it repost it so far I’ve got two bags of pork rinds one cup of Parmesan cheese and I think a quarter cup of flour don’t know how much seasoning salt looks like you put quite a bit but if you could put it up I’m just be sure that I got it right thank you so much and really excited that Ed is coming home today and you’re not doing the driving so that is just wonderful news!!

I’m happy for you that Ed’s coming home. I’ve been cutting out a few things that have oxalates too. I heard Brussels sprouts have a lot in them too. Cut out spinach, almond milk and almond flour. I use to eat a ton of almonds all the time. Switched to pecans.

I’ve never ate that soup because I don’t like spinach or any other cooked greens. But I’m going to try Paula’s recipe since it’s keto & no cooked greens in it😊.

Kitchen looks fabulous! Love the reworked recipes designed for Keto. I foreseen my kitchen being filled with new smells soon. So glad Ed is headed home. Just hope he takes it super easy. He will be on a healthy path to healing with your meals. And prayers for healing continue. Crazy that it’s December.

The soup looks delicious. Will have to try! So glad Ed is coming home. I know you're both excited for him to start healing. The kitchen looks fantastic! Getting rid of the yellow everywhere will make such a difference. The bright side of your being there for an extended period is being able to make these improvements. Gives some excitement to the ordinary! Blessings on both of you.
