    Hi really hope someone could help me, it’s my second time trying this recipe but I’m still getting a very grainy like custard. Any guess of what possibly went wrong there? Could it be because I overbeat the egg whites, or maybe due to temp of whites and mascarpone mixture ? I’ve tried omitting egg whites and replacing it with heavy cream instead which turns out very well. Somehow never made it with egg whites 🙁 I really wish to do the authentic way tho!
