I was looking for a veal scallopini recipe I have mad before from the Joy of Cooking. My book is packed away, so I was online trying to find out if someone had posted the recipe. Well, I stumbled upon this video instead — and I’m feeling so blessed! I fell in love with grandma Petitti! She is a joy to behold! She really knows her stuff. Thank you so much for making a video preparing traditional veal scallopini! I have a new Italian range being installed this week, to replace the old Frigidaire one that we had installed in 2005. The first meal I made on the Frigidaire range, was back in the day, was veal scallopini! So I want to keep with tradition, especially since my new range from Hallman Industries was made in Italy! I’m so excited! I subscribed to your channel, grandma, because I hope to make other meals with your guidance! Thank you so much!

I have just starting watching these cooking shows and I love them!!! Made the spaghetti alla carbonara last night for my sister and brother-in-law who came to our house. My sister loved it so much she said that it was better than any restaurants dish. I agreed with her. Can't wait now to try other recipes of hers. I suspect all will be spectacular!!

Bonnie how do you save wild mushrooms we pick every September. My gramma would boil with silver dollar and then we would cool & freeze in bags. She would put. In jars likes the tomato in jars. Can you give me your recipe because a wild buttons ones are best but the seniorita we always get. Would you be. Willing to give me your experience on these. I miss preserving them & my nonnie would be proud I keep it going.
God Bless you I could watch for hours. Especially when you sing while cooking. My gramma would always have a little nip of blackberry brandy with her cowboy coffee in the morning before we started cooking.
All my familiar is from Forgia; Avellino; Porto Corvo & Casserta.
    Hope you can help me
