You should soak beef liver in milk and baking soda for 1 hour or more to take out the smell . Add a bit of cooking wine for more delicious taste. Cooking and singing bring so much joy. Thank you for sharing. 😁😁😘😘🥰🥰.

We 5 as kids were not lucky enuff to know our grandma, because she was from Poland, and the FILTHY GERMANS murdered her in the early days of the war. Most Aussies know nothing about this, however, the first lot of uncultured Filth, the JAPANESE are paying the price for their murders with the excellent happenings to their economy by FUKUSHIMA. I still pray every day that this will bring them down to the peasants that they are. The other half of my prayers are that the WHOLE german shithole may disappear in a giant sinkhole, and then I won`t have to listen to that BULLSHIT………"But we didn`t know.

Yes you are so right about no salting the liver. I watched another beautiful German video of cooking Liver and they put so much salt even though it was a great video. My secret to you mama to balance the savory of those peppers, even though I don't even use them, is to add some sweet Marsala or Cream Sherry if you don't have Marsala. It makes a beautiful difference for a change, yet yours is just perfect. My grandfather from Yugoslavia had a nice little vineyard in Monta Vista California near Permanente Cement Plant. He used to make one nice barrel of sweet wine which was like Marsala. He named it after me calling it "Paulie's Wine". I love you grandma and hope you are doing well.

This is mouth watering. Growing up when my mother made Liver and Onions I would not eat it even though I loved to eat chicken liver. All those delicious meals I missed out on. Today the only restaurant in my neighborhood that made it closed years ago.
