How can you
mock this man, Chef Ramsey? How do you dare? I disagree with your arrogantremark without moral, ethical, professional background as Chef Ramsey, who is above you all, he demonstrated for years that he cares more about the heart connection and love than the rest of you! I am not allowing you to mock such a high quality rank of man like Chef Ramsey! You are on the evil side of the truth, for this, I see your arrogance that is based on stupidity! You are like the other chefs and owners that can not adapt to each one's special needs, one who can suffer health problems due to the product that you use, that is so greasy, that, treated at a high temperature to dissolve that grease, can suffer high tension of the blood, who can suffer maybe heart attacks! That product can cause heart problems, because it is not easy to remove from the body, and what you cooked, the way you cooked the grease from the pig cheek, is toxic, due to the toxic level increased by your product and the large quantity that you used to make this product! What you did is inconstient and can cause serious damage to those who eat this product, and in time, their immunity system can be seriously lowered! This is toxic, you should know and inform your customers that this cancause an illness to those persons who have a precedent already! What Chef Ramsey is doing is adapting to the customers' different bodies, ages, potential of
destroying the health, creating new recipes that can be served by most of us, with the lowest level of toxicity! And what Chef Ramsey is doing: is blessing the food asking GOD'S BLESSING! Who did this? You never did, this is proof that you are on the evil side, you don't care about each person's health! You care about your stupid fake reputation and money! It was never about us, only about you! Egoistic sick! How can you dare to mock those who dare to challenge you and say something negative about them, using the most lower actions that proves that you are immoral, unworthy, unethical, unprofessional, to use the saddest worst affirmations to a person disapproving you like Uncle Roger, who
suffered in marriage and now is alone….how sad can be this situation, but, instead of treating him as a Child of God, being sympathetic, you use against his abilities to have a professional opinion! My last remark for Vincenzo! I am a professionist, expert and Auditor in Quality, Environment, Food Safety and Health & Safety. I also have the juridical competence, offered by my Master in Law in France. I never saw where is customer's protection is and where is the list of the ingredients for each dish you prepare, you promote and sell? Where is the study based on each ingredient used, proving that the temperature is not critical and above the risk critical limit and considered as a critical control point for each specific recipe? Why do you never use a thermometer to register the real-time temperature in each step of the food you prepare and validate according to the legal requirements in the cooking process, that is mandatory for food safety when you cook for your clients? How can you deceive, but lack any trace of customer's protection, that your products are not toxic, the temperature is not lower, neither higher, in order to become toxic and why is there any list of allergies who can even cause death??? Because you are using ingredients that are in the list of informing clients that are not safe, like the gluten in the pizza, in the pastas, in bread, in bruschetti, in everything you are doing, you are using recipes with allergic ingredients and temperatures must be followed strictly! You never did so! You disconsidered the recommendations of the Food Safety laboratories and experts to respect these rules, that can even cause cancer! How can you pretend to have more knowledge than Chef Ramsey, with 1 Michelin hard worked Star, keeping records of all these, being able to demonstrate, and his dishes looking at the highest level in his restaurant! You won't even stand a day and you would be fired from such a high level of standard of quality, health and food safety! You stop these stupid not justified accusations or I will open an online petition to be censored for abusing and deceiving and not informing the truth about the reality of you and your recipes, discondidering the legal requirements as the Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on the provision of food information to consumers APPLIED IN ALL EUROPE! You will have to ask public forgiveness for all those who you mocked, or I will open an online Claim also against you, as a potential threat, a fraud, an youtube channel that is dishonoring people without informing them, the rule imposed by the law, not to destroy their good reputation with sick unreal deceiving affirmations in order to get their potential public subscribers, but in a sick manner! If their lawyers didn’t contact you so far, I will do it publicly! Keep these public postings, according to European Reg. 679/2016 for Personal Data Protection! I will keep also, in order to use these postings with juridical power.

The above message is for stupid Vincenzo's plate! I disagree with this stupidity and we must stick together, us, those who have different tastes and opinions! It is not only about him, it is about all of us! He must stop treating us in this
deceiving manner, not considering each one's preference, one can have allergy or health reactions to these ingredients and the way of cooking, the grease, the temperature, is increasing the level of toxicity! He must stop!
The point of Cowboy cooking is to bring variety to the middle of no where. If he wants to show you how to cook a lasagna in the bush by all means. Europeans really need to pull the titty out of their mouthes and hit the dusty trail. When you go with out for a week or two a scoop of cowboy lasagna would sound pretty damn good.
