Benjarot for Isaan fried chicken and exploded catfish salad (limited opening times)
Yam makhaua yao at stall next to juice lady
You may need some helpers, though I'm sure you could eat all of that in the course of a morning!
And while I remember, try to check out Singburi when you head back to London – I think you will like.

I always thought that people were missing out on something great when I starting watching and the viewers were in three (two?) figures. What happened to the Jack's Bar segment btw? I think they may fry theirs after cooking to get extra crispy? I want to try that mince curry too, looks spicy, if l ever get back to Bangkok. This food is never boring so much variety just love it.
