I make chocolate fudge regularly. I use different recipes at times. I found your recipe very very interesting, though of course, in my opinion it is overloaded with nuts. I am not sure how raisins will taste but I will definitely try it. It must taste good I presume.

Hello. Tried this recipe today. Taste is good but butter separated from rest of the mixture. Can you please tell me what went wrong.
Your recepie is awesome but as a doctor Iust tell you always use cashews after breaking them in the middle and check for any small insect as they are prone to have it.
