Hey Chef, love me some fried chicken but I don't understand why now you have to marinate or your chicken doesn't have any flavor. I remember years ago I would just by the chicken, bring it home cut it up season snd fry it and it was delicious. Now you have to marinate. I've used chicken fry before but it was years ago. Might have to give it another try. I remember we used to go to Henderson's Chicken and there was another one here in Dallas I can't remember the name of it. But you go in and they give you your chicken in a paper tray and they'd have bread laid in the bottom and they had pickles and peppers, if you were lucky you got the pickled carrots in it and they would put that hot chicken and fries on top of there and it was just delicious….🍗🍗🍗

I used this same mix to chicken fry my three sons some pork chops. They love it.

Chef Jeffrey my husband and I are away on a cruise celebrating my 60th birthday and we were resting in our cabin and decided that we have to watch our favorite program on YouTube you haven't disappointed us. That fried chicken looks so good that when I went to dinner I ordered fried chicken. It wasn't like you just fried but it was good. You make anybody want to cook.
