I want to thank you for the things you sent me around my birthday I'm still working my way through them.. but I loved the Built bars and tried 1 Keto Chow (want to order more) loving the eve's crackers and plan to get those again (they're local to me – in Langley BC)

I am getting back on plan somewhat next week as one of the gals in the office is working on losing weight and she's interested in low carb/keto so I may ask if she wants me to do a walk around the local grocery store with me on maybe a day off so she can get an idea of what she can have. or at least print off some stuff I have on keto she can read. We;re going to take a fitness break at work too and have 15 minutes of cardio before we have our lunch. Glad you're getting back on track too! Hopefully maybe you and I can catch up n chat sometime over the weekend. I'll message you on instagram with my email address so we can stay in touch!

Janet, if you search Nordic seed crackers you will find a link (kavali foods) to make your own crackers that have no nuts. I have been making them for awhile now and my non keto/ low carb friends love them. They are so good spread with onion chive cream cheese spread, liverwurst, dips etc. One recipe makes 4 cookie sheets worth of crackers.

I love the hearts of palm pasta – the lasagna noodles, the linguine, spaghetti. They are terrific. The servings are small. I’m able to get the miracle noodles but they are called Shirataki in different types of noodles. So good.

A subscription box may not be the best option for you. So many items are almond heavy. Those Fatt bars are delicious and I love palmini noodles. I’m not a fan of miracle noodles but since you are, at least u can eat those. But the items you can eat can be found in stores easily enough. It was fun seeing a Canadian keto box.
