This is how I’d like to cook, with more income and more time , for now I just make big meals and buy my meat in bulk and go off that , like I’m making birria tacos bc it takes awhile to braise which is less active cooking time but also bc I need to get rid of these peppers , Chuck roast and tortillas

Wait I'm so confused! Is it not normal to just cook for yourself most of the times and go to the supermarket a couple of times per week? How can people afford eating out for every meal?

what I love about this is how it shows us that even with a very small kitchen (that half a fridge, that half an oven!) that you can still make great food and fresh ideas.
