Why does nobody cook these things well done is it the meat because I couldn’t eat that I’ve tried and it’s not for me and a lot of people get upset with me about that if I was your friend I would have had to tell you I got to go before you asked me to eat

Excellent Rus – Hey, at ten bucks a pound for ribeye, it's still good – even with 2.5 lbs of meat left – Personally, I'd be gnawing the meat off the bone way before the dog gets it – lol – Cheers!

If you own a restaurant where your clientele are willing to spend $600 for a meal, then yes you must serve a Tomahawk Steak with the long bone. If you want to spend $150 for a steak dinner, serve a bone in rib-eye. If you want to spend $50 on a ribeye steak dinner just order a ribeye. No one eats the bone anyway so why pay for it? Paying for a long or short bone that you won’t eat is an entire waste of money. The first thing Russ did was to remove the bone that no one was going to eat anyway. Fact! Cheers!

To answer the question flatly . NO!
Very Over Rated cut. Pay for the price of the bone and gristle and have to find the meat. That has been my experience anyhow. sorry.

Oh man you never disappoint……that is perfection right there. Not sure if a tomahawk steak is really worth it but its a personal choice I suppose….as they say whatever floats your boat. Thanks for sharing my brother. Cheers ✌️ 🍻

This was a great video Rus! You nailed the cook….thick is the way to go!! You know I just seen some of these at the market today but really didn't pay attention to the price. I had forgotten about the close difference between top end choice and low end prime. Have a great weekend Bud!!
