We made this yesterday and savored it today . It is soooo scrumptious! Deep, savory, luxurious ….. it is being filed into our β€œfavorites” collection. Thank you so much for introducing us to it . You’re a gem Kevin ! We just warmed up a tub of Bob Evans (grocery store-bought) mashed potatoes and baked Ina Garten’s Irish Brown Bread to accompany your wonderful stew recipe.

We also made the English muffin pizzas that were a childhood favorite of mine too.

I need to make my husband your strawberry ice cream soon as he loves ice cream.

We did your lovely little chocolate cake – very good . I’m a chocoholic 🀣.

Bought a set of Rosette and Timbale makers to try with the grandkids soon.

We are really enjoying your channel.

The good old traditional comfort foods are still the best. However that being said I would just have to add turnips to my stew. Thank you so much for your recipe which includes the chocolate hmm!! Must give your recipe a tryπŸ‘πŸ₯‚cheers πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡¦

I made your stew with Guinness beer and loved it. I will make this very soon. I love parsnips and have used coco in chili. Never used coffee though. I can hardly wait to make this. Thank you for this recipe

I have always thought that cocoa and coffee would be great flavors with beef! What a great recipe, Kevin! Thank you! You had better chain up your gate – Once this posts, people all over NY and New England will be jumping in their cars to geet there for dinner!

Good Sunday morning Kevin – Oh what a lovely stew! I like using coffee and chocolate in recipes. I just made a chocolate yogurt cake that I added espresso coffee powder and Hershey's Special Dark cocoa powder. Came out gorgeous! Now I'll have to dig through the refrigerator to find a can of beer for this stew '-) We raise grass-fed beef. I plan to make this recipe soon. Rainy weather approaching us. Thank you Kevin and Happy St. Patrick'sπŸ€πŸ€

Thank you so much for this recipe. I have never seen a stew with chocolate before so I will definitely make this for my sons. It looks fabulous. I know Mole sauce uses chocolate and I have made that a few times, but now I have to add this recipe as well, with chocolate inside. Mr. Fox is a lucky man. I hope he appreciates your wonderful cooking. Thanks again, Kevin.

Kevin this looks scrumptious and what an amazing blend of flavors with those special touches of dark chocolate and beer. I think my Dad born in Bantry Bay Ireland would have gotten a kick out of the beer in the recipe. He always teased me about my cooking but would have loved this dish and fine recipe! All in honor of St Patty's! I'll have to make this dish in honor of him. Thankyou so much Kevin! ☘️☘️🌈☘️☘️🌈☘️☘️🌈

I've never made beef stew with beer, before. I recently saw a video where they used a Belgian beer in the stew, so maybe I am fated to make this? It sure looks delicious! πŸ€€πŸ˜‹πŸ€€
