Oh i could never do that😅 although that would be a good challenge haha. I eat 3 meals a day ! Don't often snack just a little dessert after lunch and that's it. I stopped eating sweets in the evenings though 😬😅
    Good on you girlfriend 🤗

I was pre-diabetic and so very overweight and had no energy and was super depressed a year and a half ago. I've tried every diet out there. I gave intermittent fasting a try and it has been the best decision I've ever made. I've lost 65 pounds and have no desire for the unhealthy late night snacking that I had to have every single night. My mood and energy is so much better and I'm even able to do one Mile power walks now! The best part is probably all the compliments I get and I was able to go shopping for much smaller clothes!

I‘m on and off with 5:2 IF. I love it but it is easy to get out of Track and hard to come back. If I focus on IF I forget to Drink enough. If I Drink enough I forget to move enough. If I move enough I struggle with fasting. Add some stress and I‘m back at eating only a lot of choclate 😖 but I love 5:2. i feel much better when I do – physically and mentally

I am concerned that you aren’t eating enough calories. I intermittent fast but eat 3 meals per day. 10 am, 2 pm and 6 pm. I was shocked at how little you eat. I speak here with love, not unkindness.

I've started intermittent fasting unconcsiously. I was going through a rough patch of life and lost my appetite. While preparing dinner for my daughter, I would notice that I haven't ate anything all day long. I used to force myself to have a small portion with my daughter because I didn't want to fall ill. After 2 months on, I started to notice a weight loss and felt good about it. After 3 months, I've lost 10kgs. I'm still going through the rough patch but the appetite has returned and decided to continue with the fasting.

I have had problems with binge eating and intermittent fasting has helped me control that. I've also increased my water intake by a lot, which is always good. Intermittent fasting was step one in helping me get healthier; I've lost weight and began exercising regularly too.

I'm not doing a fasting. But I am trying to reduce my snacking. So one of the things I do is make myself a cup of coffee, and I like it really strong and bitter. And so when I take a sip of that I don't need the smack no more.😋
