Harry, is the center "pot" of the instapot removable? If so, the pot could be placed in the fridge or freezer to remove some of the grease. The fat should solidify into a disk, whereupon it is simple to remove most of it to your liking. I always leave a little, as I believe it adds a touch of richness/flavor to a gravy or sauce.

Having married into a Filipino family decades ago, Kaldereta or Caldereta, still ranks near the top of my favorite, Filipino dishes. Long time (viewer) 1st time (commenter). Harry, you are truely a good-will ambassador, “Spreading your BBQ Love.”

Thanks for the video Harry! I make a mean stew in the Instant Pot, but this one is really going to step up my game! Can I use fish sauce as a secret ingredient substitute for the liverwurst?
