Great videoโ€ฆIโ€™ll have to try this. I am into brown rice, usually, love putting a nice lump of it on top of my salads before adding my dressing of choice. Thanks, again. I just found your channel today and plan to watch all your videos!

Iโ€™m so glad you showed the pin moving on the lid. I have one but I gave it to my son because it sat there for a year in the box. I even had the cutting board, silicone rack and another accessory. If my son is not using it I might have to ask for it back.๐Ÿ˜€

Iโ€™m in the process of transitioning from a sad diet to plant based. Iโ€™ve joined your group and I have to say I really enjoy the support there. Iโ€™m a bit nervous and excited at the same time to start the 21-day challenge followed by the Maryโ€™s Mini. I have never read the book but Iโ€™ve been watching sooo many YouTube videos and LOVE your channel!
Take care and stay safe ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ

Going to make this. How much rice would you put on your 50/50 plate? Would 2 cups be the right amount or too much! Looks so good, I have lots of cilantro right now!

I love cilantro rice from chipotle. This is a much healthier option. My husband is one of those rare people who taste soap when eating cilantro. I will have to make a batch of this rice just for myself. I wonโ€™t complain about that.

    Thanks for the recipe.

Not a cilantro fan but I e recently discovered that I really like parsley. I wonder how that would be? I also love basmati rice! I also absolutely love jasmine rice, just the way it smells when cooking is amazing. I don't have an Instant Pot but I do have a rice steamer. ๐Ÿ˜

We used to buy basmati rice from Costco in a huge bag. I haven't bought any in a long time. I saw it the other day and it almost made it into my cart but 1 minute rice or 5 minute brown rice is what my husband likes. I haven't bought a pressure cooker yet. I would rather have a deluxe model food processor. I hate cutting.

I want to try the 21 day challenge but I will commit to just 1-2 50:50 plates because I want to break my fast with steel cut oats & fruit. Thanks for sharing your recipes ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

First let me say I still have not gotten myself an instant pot I know Iโ€™m such a hold out. But the rice really look good Iโ€™m not a huge cilantro fan, but you made it look very tasty. And I love when you said Iโ€™m not cheating on potatoes because Iโ€™m eating rice๐Ÿ˜‚ My favorite rice would be Jasmine I love it and basmati but because I am also a prepper I have a ton of long grain white rice always on hand. I might have to squeeze a little lime in my rice just to see how it tastes have a great day always nice to see you Joey.
