This is Instant Pot using their brand loyalty by sticking it to their customer base. Ridiculous price for an electric kettle that only boils water. There are many other electric kettles on the market that are just as good if not better and at a much better price.

Nice! Thanks for sharing, I hope it lasts for many years. We purchased the Cuisinart kettle several years ago. It was very pricey as well.. same basic thing , sits on a base. The only thing if I have to complain, is the buttons are up on the handle and some of the lettering is so faded now it's hard to read so sometimes I have to check the book lol to see what button is what. It does still work really well so I'm not justified in replacement yet. Have a great weekend! 💖🦋

I was excited when I first saw this as I have one that shows me temperatures which I love. I like being precise with my loose tea. I too was disappointed by the price so I am very happy to see this review.

I see the higher price since it has adjustable temperatures for different types of tea 🫖
However, $71. would be the highest price I’d pay.

I have the larger, Breville hot water dispenser. It cost £74 roughly $103. Boils and dispenses 1 cup at a time, ready by the time I get the milk from the fridge.
Absolutely love it and Breville customer service is simply the best.

WOW! That’s a lot of money… I have a Miroco it does just about all that as well… looks about the same and it was under $50… I’ve had several kinds as I buy new ones every once in a while due to our hard water…the kettles don’t die I just don’t like the way the water makes the inside look but this is the most I’ve spent on one… I think Instapot better rethink their pricing … thanks for doing the review

6 minutes to boil water in a kettle?? I have a cheap one that we got years ago that takes 2-3 minutes max. Thank you so much for your review, I definitely won’t be buying this lol Love your channel by the way! 🙂

Like always power (watts) in the first and most important spec of devices like this one.

The plus side is the temperature control, and that I love: white/green/black/red teas require different and quite specific temperatures to brew… There is little guess with this kettle.
