Question. You say to use two gallons of Fairlife. Do you really mean FOUR containers? One container is 1/2 gallon. So two gallons would be four containers. And actually, Fairlife is 52oz per container and half gallon is 64oz. I don't think my instant pot would hold a full two gallons with any room to spare.
Good to see you remembered to add the yogurt. 😏 I continue to mess around with different brands for starting things (Stonyfield, Maple Hill) but usually end up going back to that Fage 5%.
Also, I keep hearing things about using half-and-half or HwC instead of Fairlife. Have you tried that? I may need to do a test run one of these days.
