Looks good. Really wish I could understand the talk through though. Thank you for the English ingredients list π
I made this the taste was really nice, but the only problem is my mutton took 40 minutes to cook and rice was uncooked on rice mode 12 minutes, I cooked further 10 min and it was mushy… I have the instant pot 8qrtz.. what am I doing wrong. ?
I tried the yakhni in the instant pot, it turned out good, but the mutton was over cooked. I used baby goat legs thats why? Eitherway i think 30 mins is way too much time to cook this, 15-20 mins should be good and then 6 mins for rice.
What does quick pressure release mean? Is that a button or just changing the knob to venting also for how long??
you have a beautiful style and voice, very soothing π I almost forgot to watch the video
On time I watch this video. Just came my IP and now itβs gonna help me a lot. π
This one came out real well. So much aroma and flavor. I used buttermilk instead of yoghurt, because I didnβt have any. Next time gonna try with real yoghurt and see the difference. Thank you very much for this recipe πππ
Found your channel and fell in love, u are really talented, beautiful and have a lovely voice sister maa shaa Allah. May Allah set bless you and your family.
Oh yes and best description on how to use instant pot for rice maa shaa Allah.
Just wondering why you don't use anything to make your food mildly spicy ? I have watched a couple of your videos and they're only seasoned with black pepper and/or garam masala. They're no red or green chilies at all in most of the recipes?
I didnβt know how to make rice but this video helps me alot

Wow I have never seen such a well explained , brief , to the point and well made video. I loved it so much that I want to make it now. Also , I love the tips about getting separate bones from the butcher and also storing the yakhni. So good Falak ππππ
Hi really like your videos, i always watch your vlogs ! I hope i can collaborate with you one day βΊοΈ and im also your instagram follower, π keep Vlogging βΊοΈ
Hi there, I have tried and watched so many recipes from you. Great work always! This time I am not really convinced with the method. Im sure it turned out amazing as ur other recipes. For me I could not understand the second time dum thing? How does that work when ur rice barely has any water left and why is that necessay. Almost kills the practicality of having an instant pot. U know what I mean. Also would not it be more convinient and efficient to make broth from the same meat, u gonna use in the rice after? Is it bcuz u wanted it to brew inside the pot for atleast 30 mins and if u wud to use the actual meat u wud have to pressure cook it for less than that? That way I wud jus have to saute my meat(already tender) in sauteed brown onions and add rice and boom! But again Thank you for ur hardwork! Im sure it can save me alot of time if i make the broth before hand. God Bless! Eid mubarak π¬
