I just made this. I did it on the stove top instead of the instant pot. Quick easy and delicious. I used the mild salsa but the heat of the poblanos has my nose running. I’m a pussy that way. Next time I would like to find a milder pepper. I used some soy curls and a can of white beans. Fresh lime juice finished it nicely. Thanks for all the wonderful recipes over the years.

Hey Jill: Your vids inform about nutrition and vegan cooking. Thank you. For my Vegetarian Activities, I use a Nuwave Oven, wok, Instapot and slow cooker. Yes, I am kind of a Gadget Guy. Makes it all fun and delicious. May do some of my Own Vids soon. Love ya, Joseph from Chicagoland 🤗

I have two instant pots, the 3 and 6 quart, a 4 qt cook's essentials pressure cooker, a 7 qt Emeril Lagasse pressure cooker, and I still have my stove top Fagor pressure cooker. I could probably let go of that one but I figure if the power ever goes out I'm good with the cook stove! Just discovered your channel today … love it and you. Thanks!

Okay, anyone know where I can get those soy curls? Looked through the comments & couldn’t find a brand or where to buy. Love this video…going plant base does produce a bit of gas doesn’t it!?

I'm going to try on this chilly Arizona day. However, I'll substitute white beans (probably cannellini) for the soy curls, because I'm allergic to soy. I'm auditioning soups as next week my church's women's group is having a homemaking night, where we're supposed to bring a pot of soup with its recipe. BTW-I only have two instant pots and our homemaking class is partially ipot cooking. Too bad they didn't ask me to teach it.

Made this today and it really satisfied at 30 below in Alaska.. The only thing I did was put the entire can of hominy in the nutri bullet.. Just not a fan of the whole hominy.. lol. It was omnivore husband approved! Thanks for a fantastic meal!

Jill tnis is fabulous. Please make more small batch recipes. Im single so it was great for me. As a matter of facf i have 2 instant pots. A baby one and a 6 quart. Im making this for a second time. I fiddled with the recipe, added some frozen corn and a red pepper to make it pretty. I used great northern beens instead of the soy curls. Im gonna share it with some carnivorous friends.

Your body was in the New Year spirit. A mighty wind blowing out the old! 💨💨🤣

Any suggestions for a whole food substitute for the Soy Curls? Grandkids are soy sensitive. Maybe white beans or Jack fruit? Help me, Obiwan!
