    Bryan from Canada Kristen, hope you're doing well. I just use chicken legs that I cut up and remove the skin, more flavor and alot cheaper, the bones just pull out after its done. I cut up the cream cheese when it's cold and just stir in at the end, melts easily and no messing with a blender. Making some tonight. Thankyou!
