Love your video comparison! I had bought an "instant pot" brand. I used it 3 times! Right 3 times then it would not lock! The locking pin was stuck. So I returned it to b the store.
Then I went online and found the Cosori! What a difference! 2 heavy duty gaskets included. Glass lid included. Rack included. Also a spoon & ladle included.
Also even though the gasket is discolored from use, I have NOT detected any funky smells transferring to milder things.
    Love my Cosori…
    I think I will go make cheesecake…

I have a 3 quart Instant Pot and a 6-quart Cosori. I bought the Cosori because I could not cook some food in the small 3-quart pot and because of being able to set the exact pressure or saute temperature I want. I especially like the glass lid and extra sealing ring as well as the steamer rack standard with the Cosori. What I didn't like is paying $25 MORE for the Instant Pot and still having to buy a steamer rack before I could steam vegetables. I have a friend who wishes she had a Cosori instead of her insta pot after seeing what the Cosori can do.

I have the electric pressure cooker and I love it even more than the old fashion one. I put all kinds of things in, even frozen meats. The con of the stovetop one is you have to be around to turn the heat down and time it. The electric you just walk away. Even if it says 15 min, you have to add the time of pressurizing. Also when I let the stream out of my pot I use a dishtowel to cover it before I turn to release the steam. It also keeps the spray from going all over. Just a few things I love

I’m old school too Hollie and prefer my stovetop pressure cooker. I’ve had it for 15 years and it has never let me down. It always reminds me of my childhood…my mom cooking in the kitchen, making tortillas and the amazing smell of the frijoles cooking in the pressure cooker.

I love my instant pot and haven’t had any issues with it’s functions besides the slow cooker option. I have failed both times I used that and I don’t know why lol But I love the sauté option and it makes rice perfectly. I would definitely go for the Corsori for the simple fact that it has all the extras. You have to buy the accessories for the instant pot. It does come with a few things but not the extra lid. I also love the quietness of my IP. 🙂 Great Video Holly! My vote is for the Cosori. ✅
