Hi there, I have a silly question.
I currently make my yogurt in jars with regular milk but want to make soy yogurt.
I have always put the trivet in the pot with jars on top, I was afraid of the jars cracking.
Have you made this with the jars on the trivet and if so did/does the yogurt still set?
    Thanks in advance.

I loooovvee this recipe. It was by far the easiest I came across, and I've done it about 4 times, now. I got too ballsy once and tried 15 hours, which was a mistake haha it was way too tangy. I just dump everything into the pot instead of jars, do 14 hours, then strain with 2 layers of cheesecloth. I found that it kept getting clumpier and clumpier each time I made it, but I found that if I strain it in single layered cheesecloth, it comes out perfect. I just add vanilla extract and agave and it's exactly how I love it! Thank you!
