Congrats on the Instant Pot. These are a must for someone in a small RV. I've had mine now for about 6 months and have cooked everything from beans to cheesecake in mine. Great thing is most recipes are one pot meals so super easy clean up and very little mess. I went so far as to purchase an additional pot and lids for mine. This has become my go to appliance when I want a quick and easy meal and it's perfect for an RV. And yes, my first meal was a pot of beans. Threw in some hammocks and my favorite seasonings and Voila, 40 minutes later I had a meal that would have taken all day and plenty leftovers to boot.

I bought one of these a couple of weeks ago. One thing this has over a crock pot other than being quick is the saute mode so you don't have to make more than one cooking pot dirty. So far I have done whole chickens, both times they came out really well. Learn how to take the sealing ring out to clean and put it back on the lid properly, that seems to be a problem for some people. You gotta have that seal for the pressure.
I think I need to get one of those.
Glad you got the insta pot! I ordered the pressure cooker last year and love it! The first time we got we made a whole chicken in 20 minutes!

Had mine since last Christmas! Half slab of ribs in 23 minutes..Whole roast 35-40 minutes with veggies, corn on the Cobb 3-4 minutes,fish filet 3-4 minutes,hard boiled eggs 4 minutes,Pork chops 5 minutes,Pork roast 35-40 min,Veggie chunks 1-3 minutes, great spaghetti 8 minutes ๐ its the best thing since sliced apple pie.Just never forget the water since it is a pressure cooker with a brain, make sure the top lid seal is set correctly and wallah! Yum Yum Yum- If you ever have a question just PM me ๐
You will love it. Especially this winter. Stews, soup etc. Put in any flavoring you like. And pintos? Yum!

Cabbage, apples, potato's, vidalia onion, pork chop's, salt & pepper to taste. Perfect size cooker for 1 person, enough leftover's for another meal or 2.
