    Great recipe. I did make a few minor alterations. I did use one sweet potato instead of white potatoes like you did and I added a small sliced and quartered zucchini. I also put in a couple shakes of crushed red pepper (hubby says I need to add a bit more of that next time) and I was heavy handed with the tomato paste. One other thing, the recipe didn't call for me to drain the pot after sauteing the ground beef, onion and garlic, but I think I'll drain at least some of it next time. Hubby gave this one two thumbs up and he couldn't believe how tender the carrots were with only 5 mins of pressured cooking. Thank you!
