I’m seeing the heat in your recipe is the thing that sets it apart and I’m betting you make a better, richer and stronger vanilla that way. One thing you didn’t mention Is what manual pressure level you are using? High or low? Thank you so much!

    Ps. Your ratio is off according to the FDA standard. It should be 378 gr vanilla to every 3785 gr ETOH of no less than 35%. Essentially a 1/10 ratio.
