    I am so in love with your recipes, thank you!! However, this one is the first one I'm confused about. After making the strawberry puree, am I adding it to the soft whipped cream, or the remaining half of the cheesecake mixture? I have watched it multiple times and cannot figure it out. The second (labeled whipped cream) mixture looks heavier, like that one is the cheesecake mixture.

    I just made it and measured it on my scale, the cream cheese mixture was thick, and it did not cover my strawberries. Is the pan 5 inches in diameter or 3? I'm still in the first stage, let's see how it turns out
