That looks like a Mississippi Pot roast….Yum. I got an instant pot for Christmas and am looking at videos on how to best utilize it. I made risotto and it was the bomb, I made a whole chicken and it seemed to disintegrate…but it still was good. Need a better quality chicken probably. Enjoyed your video, you're very quiet…haha
