    Just one comment for you, if you take paper towels and dry the breast off first, it will brown easier. Moisture or water on the surface of any meat prevents from getting a good sear to the meat.

    One thing I've learned, and for those who don't know: natural pressure release is best for meats because releasing the pressure too quickly draws the moisture out of the meat, countering your efforts to make it juicy.

    I watch A LOT of videos on this.. your method looks best. Based on what I have read, a quick release for meats can often cause dryness, so when I saw how moist yours was, I decided to go with your method. Thank you for your excellent video.
