Just got one my self and I'm trying the same thing but I've have tons of luck inoculating rice just regular brown rice not flower without a pressure cooker at all I don't know if it's just the brown rice takes well or I'm really lucky but just boiling the rice and jars I've had lots of luck can't wait to see where this goes I'm trying the same thing best of luck
