My HEB down here in TX makes a chicken sausage with cheese and poblano peppers that I bet would be a possible addition.

Great video but that needs a mix of Asiago Parmesan, Romano cheese to make it over the top chowder.
Nice recipe! I make an Indian dish, Aloo Pakak (potatoes and spinach), very similar to the first part of this, but it uses Indian spices with garlic and ginger. I love artichoke dip and I love chowder, so I can already tell this is a great combination, definitely going to try this!

As someone who makes spinach artichoke dip annually for family functions, and for some reason everyone always has me make it because they act like they don't know how to make it, but anyway, I never thought to make it into some type of chowder or soup, so I understand where you're coming from… I'm feeling some type of way. lol
I just added this to my bucket list.
