I did this once & was ok, not thick enough but still good. This time, did the same thing, but yogurt button went to boil, then I could not adjust the +/- to get it to 9 hours or so. Any ideas? Will try again but this time use only one quart! Now I have 2 qts of soymilk with starter in it that has been boiled twice, since I tried twice!

My favorite new kitchen appliance.>>>ur2.pl/1046 Between this and my air fryer you practically can cook everything. I love that you can sear meat and then pressure cook it rather that dirty another pan searing and adding to a crock pot. I have already given out many as gifts. It’s the perfect wedding, new baby, and off to college gift!

I don’t understand the jars. I put unsweetened Edensoy soy milk directly into the Instant Pot liner and open one probiotic and sprinkle it on top without stirring. I whisk it when finished and then put in jars. Is it different the other way?

I do the same thing using Westsoy or Edensoy unsweetened soymilk (just soybeans & water), but use a packet of Cultures for Health Vegan culture for each container and set for 12 hours. Turns out amazing. I have the Cuisipro strainer too. Going to try the probiotic like this and see if there's any difference. GREAT video.

The new pots do not come with a yogurt button set to medium. They are set to low and I cannot make yogurt on low. Have a service ticket in the Instapot help desk.
