I'm new to owning an instant pot and I've made eggs a couple times and every time they come out too well done. I forwarded your video to a lady in an instant pot group on Facebook and she said it's supposed to be three minutes cooking 3 minutes waiting and 3 minutes in an ice bath not 3-5-5. The well done eggs are okay in my ramen but I've been trying to make soft eggs now for a few days. It seems that everybody does everything differently another woman online was talking about putting in 2 cups of water and people in my Facebook group told me that it would take too long to get the pressure and that would cause the eggs to get to well done too.
