You're an instant pot God and I've been here for it for years and will continue to be for as long as you keep pumping out the awesome recipes. If you only understood how many times I've fed my family to great acclaim from your recipes I think youd be pretty proud of your work. You're the OG IPG.

I made this last night. I did only use one bunch of scallions and a little less of the Smokey seasoning because I find it overpowering sometimes. I liked it a lot, as did my hubby, my son not so much (he prefers pasta with a red sauce). I also used a different shape (cavatappi) and for myself I used gluten free pasta. I did not have sherry so I used a little leftover white wine. We liked it I would make this again.

You are so much fun to watch. I love some of your recipes but I have a huge throat problem with texture at times, so I have to find away to either blend or do something else. Looking forward to order cookbook #4. I will be getting the others soon.

Ugh another pasta dish. Again, this is not good for those on a gluten-free diet who want / need to make separate types of pasta for different diners. PLEASE make a pasta SAUCE dish without cooking the pasta in the Instant Pot.

This would be perfect by adding some shrimp/crab or a combination of the two. Perhaps a wee bit more wine (just to make more 'broth', of course) to give the shrimp/crab something to swim in.
