Again, a must try. I'm going to go a bit Sicilian on this one. Zest the lemon before you squeeze, chop into fine strips, add to the sauce while it's cooking. A small handful of raisins go in next (ยผ cup?). Then hit the pressure. Chopped tomato would also go well. I never thought of adding artichoke to shrimp, but the idea is brilliant. Since you are a Costco fan, they have large jars of preserved artichokes. No muss, no fuss. Thanks for the recipe.

Hi Jeffrey….what happened to the clams in your recipe? I didn't see where you added them or how much you added or what kind. Should I try to add clams with the shrimp to this recipe and do I add more liquid or seasonings ? OH, yes and I just purchased a new smooth top stove and it is difficult to keep the top of the stove clean….I see you have a wood protector for your stove top…Where did you get that? Just wondering…..Joyce in Sunny Florida…joycehalvorsen1@gmail.com

I love your recipes, Jeffrey!! And like my husband says, โ€œI like the way his videos are quick and to the point.โ€ Not to mention you have such a fun personality. :). I do have a question though. I have an 8 qt instant pot. Can I double the recipe in the 8 qt pot? And if so, should I add any cooking time to the recipe?

LOVE LOVE LOVE my instant pot!>>>ur2.pl/1046 It is definitely not a necessity for everyone, but it has certainly made my life easier. I think the 8 quart version we got is maybe a little large for most people's needs, but I really appreciate the versatility of being able to put a larger quantity into the pot – it's made dishes like stir-fry and rice possible to cook at the same time. If you're on the fence about what size to get, or if you should get one at all, I would say go for it!

Mine came out great! This was a first attempt at shrimp in the IP, so thanks for the great instructions! I used frozen shrimp and set for one minute. Shrimp was perfectly cooked and not tough, and the artichokes were a very interesting change for me.

Hi Jeff, I love your vids, love shrimp and hate clams, so I love this especially! Asking a tech question because I can't find an answer anywhere! I have an IP Ultra 60 and after some use (maybe a honey/cinnamon oriented recipe) the digital control dial feels like it has some grit stuck behind it and it isn't moving smoothly anymore. Any suggestions on how to clean it properly?
