OMG! It was amazing! I had left over smoked sausage, left over canned tomatoes, left over raw shrimp, left over chopped onions and green onions. This is what made me decide to try it. I had all the ingredients including the white wine. My husband was very impressed. Didnt hv the trivet but hv 2 instant pots so just made me the grits in one pot and sauce in the other. Thank you!
