checked out your recipe and you have a few misspells: crushed garlic instead of crashed and sprig of rosemary/thyme instead of spring. Also, didn't you mean extra virgin olive oil instead of vegetable oil? and if you care, i'd place a comma after onion and garlic as in one large onion, sliced and 3 cloves garlic, crushed 😉
How long do you preheat on saute to get that sear? Didnt think the instant pot could get a nice crust! Looks great
Was this a dry red wine or a sweet red wine ?
