What is the ratio of tomatillos to jalapeños? At the 127 mark you say two tomatillos for every jalapeño. At the 136 mark, you say the ratio is two jalapeños for every tomatillo. By the number of tomatillos and jalapeños you have on display, I think you are using 2:1 ratio of tomatillos to jalapeños.
Note: I made a mistake when I repeated the tomatillo/chile ratio at 1:36. To clarify … it is 2 tomatillos for every jalapeno. I hope that helps!
Also, this salsa packs a decent amount of spice. If your family prefers a more mild salsa, cut the number of chiles in half and use 2.
