Looks great! Stupid question, but do not know the answer to… If I want to double the recipe, do I need to double the time? If not double, should I add a minute or two more, to cook the rice through?
Some conversion i made , might be help someone : -In the pot : 150g of rice 615g of milk -12 min in manual high pressure -important wait a little or milk come out from the release stuff !!! then quick pressure release -sauté on low -add 65g of brown sugar -add one tempered beaten egg -1/2 tsp of cinnamon -1/2 tsp of vanilla extract -1 tbs of butter

I doubled the recipe and wow, it did not come out as creamy as this. It's like oatmeal over here.
Just made this, but I used nutmeg instead of cinnamon. VERY GOOD!!! Thanks for sharing.

Why not type in the recipe in the description? I don't have the patience to write it all down and will likely not make your recipe.
I did just what you said and the rice and milk scorched. 🙁 I used Jasmine rice. Would that cause the scorching?
