I bought an InstantPot, mini frig & microwave. (my sister's suggestion). I just wanted to tell you how much I love you — well, your videos. Mom died this year and now when I need her the most (in boarding school) she's gone. But you are here. Thank you so so so very much. All my friends come to my room for dinner. For those of you not good at peeling potatoes try this: with sharp knife lightly run it down and around the potatoes skin. DONOT cut deep into potatoes. Now place in your instant pot, add water and cook for 20 minutes. When done skin peels off with ease. Good luck. I love My instant pot!

Those are whipped potatoes; not mashed. Which is fine if that’s the way you like them. Just too glutinous (sticky) for me, but everybody is different. 😘 Great potato video, though. Can’t wait to try the ranch potatoes! 👍🏼

Love these. Thank you so much!!! I love mashed potatoes naked too. I thought that I was the only person. I do not eat meat either, so I love all of the veggie recipes.

When you make things like potato's, do you have to add to the cook time for more potato's. For example, if you had 1 baked potato would your time be the same as if you had a pot full of baked potato's?
