Yep good one, but for the filling prefer to add boondi and chopped onions or the other stuffing which is ragda. For the chutney I make the sweet tamarind and gud chutney and no sugar in the pani.

I love Chai, Chaat and Chutney. I make onion samosas all the time and that Mango Lassi has completely replaced smoothies for me, it's so delicious. I was also thrilled to find a chaat masala recipe. I mean, I know it's in the title, but it's such a useful spice blend that I got really excited when I saw it in the book. Now all I'm missing is a good, practical but also authentic Tandoori masala recipe. If you could please share a recipe for it, or at least a good tip to substitute it, if making it is too much trouble. I don't really like the ready mixes in stores.

Oh my word they are so unusual and not at all what I expected when you started, I thought they might be deep fried 🤭I was a bit worried by the cold potatoes but as always you post such great recipes on you channel. Thank you

Hi Chetna! I absolutely love your recipes, I have made some of your chicken curries, cumin rice and am making a vegetable biriyani tonight (very excited!). I want to buy one of your books, which would be the most suitable for trying new curry recipes? Thanks in advance!! Keep up the great vids 😄
