Just made the veggie spag bol, was definitely a hit. Used red wine instead of water as I had a bottle open. Good idea to use veggie mince and lentils as you get more texture.

This looks yummy and like you said the sweet peas add that pop of color. Whenever i make a rice or pasta dish that call's for peas I add extra love the pop of the peas and flavor it adds. Thanks so very much for the recipes everything has looked gorgeous and tasty. Much love from across the Pond 💞
