I LOVE MY INSTANT POT, lol! This is an old school recipe that my mom has made as long as I can remember and I made it in a modern instant pot! I love it!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE casseroles too! They're so easy, filling and if time permits I'll make an extra one to put into the freezer. My son does almost all of the dinner cooking and there's only 1 casserole he cooks. I like to experiment and try new recipes so I'll try casseroles that look good. We mostly eat chicken breast, ground Turkey and a little pork so whatever falls into that realm I'll fix it.
Thanks for sharing the recipe. I'll have to leave out the tomatoes & sauce because my son hates them and it triggers his gout. We sometimes can get by with a little Tomato sauce once in awhile though. It looks yummy 🤤 We love beans, so we will add those 😋 My mom and I don't care for olives. If were up to me I'd leave them out but everyone else likes them, so Ma and I will just pick ours out 😂

Are you just heating the mixture on your instant pot but baking it in an oven .
If so ..why not just heat it in a skillet ?
ive tried something similar but used doritios instead of the corn chips

This looks really good and so easy! I’m definitely going to try this. It kind of reminds me of a dish my ex-mother-in-law made called Mexican Casserole. It wasn’t bad but this Taco Casserole looks amazing!
Your garden of herbs is super cute (and your sweet chicken lol)! Also, I really like your cooking videos! Maybe you can find a camera stand or tripod or something so you can use both hands. I don’t know if they’re expensive or not though.
