    I bet they would taste great with 99% to 100% cocao.
    I'm wondering if 1/8 to 1/4c of coconut could be exchanged with almond flour to make it more diabetic friendly.

    When I was a student I had a recipe for making carob sweet balls using milk powder. I cannot find a single recipe that uses milk powder. Why? Any suggestions? ( I have a mountain of milk powder to use up!)
