    I just made another recipe from someone else and mine were more spongy than silky like the Starbucks ones. They were too fluffy and thats because they didnt add heavy cream. I made also one with cottage cheese not added heavy cream and they were much much smoother so I think this recipe will be it for us. We like super silky and a little fluffy eggs. We liked the red onion, bacon, red pepper, and gouda eggs the best. That combo with a little parsley on top is the best eggs! We also used Mason jars because we dont use silicone or plastic much in this house but I'll for sure use the recipe!
